2010 Women's Lacrosse Schedule

ANNVILLE, Pa.
- Lebanon Valley College has announced its 2010 men's and women's lacrosse schedules as both teams prepare to re-introduce the sport at LVC for the first time in 25 years.

The men's team will open at fellow new program Mount St. Mary's College (N.Y.) on March 6 before debuting at home on March 10 against Husson University. The women will begin with five straight home games at Arnold Field, starting March 4 against Lancaster Bible College.

Lacrosse will be played at LVC for the first time since 1985; the men had previously played from 1966 to 1985, and the women from 1975 to 1985. Both teams will compete in the Middle Atlantic Conference and be immediately eligible for postseason play.

The men, under Head Coach John Haus, will have two more home non-conference games after facing Husson, with Immaculata University (March 13) and Susquehanna (March 20) visiting Annville. The Dutchmen  will play their first MAC games March 24 at King's College before hosting Widener in the first home MAC game on March 27. [View the complete men's schedule]

The women, directed by Head Coach Brianne Tierney, will start their five-game homestand with Lancaster Bible before hosting Susquehanna (March 11) and Immaculata (March 13), and their MAC debut will come March 20 against King's. The team's first road game will be March 27 at Widener. [View the complete women's schedule]
