Lebanon Valley 7, Albright 2

Amelia Capuano finished off an unbeaten Commonwealth Conference campaign as Lebanon Valley wrapped up its regular season with a 7-2 win at Albright.
The Dutchmen (14-4, 5-1 CC) will head into next week's playoffs as the #2 seed, and will host a semifinal on May 1. LVC's opponent is yet to be determined.
Capuano beat Alyssa Sell 6-4, 6-4 at No. 2 singles to end the regular season 16-3 in singles and 6-0 in Commonwealth Conference play, with a 12-match win streak heading into the postseason. She wasn't the only Dutchman to hit the 16-win mark as
Tam Lobb and
Mary Kate Lemon both won at Nos. 3 and 4, with Lobb battling Katy Oeste 7-6, 6-3 and Lemon topping Christina Peacock 6-0, 6-1. Lobb has had a 16-6 senior season, while Lemon's freshman year has her at 16-3.
Meghan Muccilli improved to 14-4 with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Melissa Carberry at No. 5, and
Lori Noble won 6-2, 6-0 against Ligeia Evans at No. 6.
Albright's points came at No. 1 singles and doubles as reigning CC player of the year Victoria Foanio topped
Christie Graf 6-2, 6-0 in singles, and Foanio and Sell beat Graf/Capuano 8-1 in doubles to snap their eight-match win streak.
LVC's No. 2 and 3 doubles had little trouble as Lobb/Muccilli beat Oeste/Peacock 8-1 at No. 2 and Lemon/
Nicole Kracum blanked Nazma Ali/Abby Walke 8-0 at No. 3. Lobb's win tied her for the most doubles wins in a season as she went to a combined 16-4.
