Four Dutchmen Earn All-CC Men's Tennis Honors

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Four Dutchmen, led by first-team selection Ethan Grodzinski and rookie of the year Cody Manmiller, have earned All-Commonwealth Conference Men's Tennis honors.

Sam Calabria and Ryan Weitzel were also named to the second team after leading Lebanon Valley to an appearance in the Commonwealth Conference tournament in 2013.

Grodzinski graduates as a three-time first-team pick, playing No. 1 over his four-year career with the Dutchmen. Taking on the conference's best, Grodzinski went 7-11 overall in singles and 10-9 in doubles play in 2012-13, and won CC Player of the Week honors on April 29.

Calabria, a repeat second-team all-CC selection as a sophomore, went 9-6 playing at Nos. 4 and 5 singles. He ended his season on a four-match winning streak.

Weitzel earns his first all-CC honor after taking over the No. 2 spot for LVC and going 7-9 overall. In doubles, he was 9-8 at No. 1.

Manmiller was named the CC's rookie of the year, joining the team in the spring and going 5-3 in singles, including 2-0 at No. 5 and 3-3 at No. 6. He was also 4-4 in doubles.
