BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lebanon Valley repeated as MAC Indoor Track & Field women's champions, crowning four event champions and using point-scoring depth across almost every event to stand atop the podium once again.

Coach Melissa Weidler was named MAC Coach of the Year as she guided her team to its second indoor title, racking up 117.5 points to best Misericordia's 104 and Elizabethtown's 97 points. The Dutchmen had remarkable depth across the arena, scoring points in all but one event on their way to the championship.

Alisha Farrell repeated as 400m champion, Cynthia Adams won her second career indoor 800m title in a new MAC-record time, and the 4x200 and distance medley relays both won gold. Farrell ran 59.57 for the 400m title, and she also earned a silver in the long jump (17-8.25). She was part of the 4x200, along with Kristin Fitti-Hafer, Alexa Muffly, and Ines Antensteiner, that won in 1:46.46. The same group also took silver in the 4x400 in 4:06.50.

The DMR began the meet with gold as Dana Stockdale, Jamielyn Samper, Julia Mongeau, and Adams ran 12:46.71 to win by five seconds. Adams later ran a new MAC- and LVC-record 2:16.37 to earn her third career 800m title (indoor and outdoor). It lowered the MAC record of 2:17.61 set in 2004 and took nearly four seconds off her own indoor best of 2:20.25.

Mariah Smolka led LVC's throwers, taking silver in the weight throw with a four-foot PR of 47-8, and she also scored points with a fourth-place 37-3 in the shot put. Fitti-Hafer captured silver with a new program record in the 60m dash at 7.95, and later grabbed third in the 200m at 26.63. Freshman Kelsey Patrick was also a double-medalist, earning silver in the mile (5:07.55) and the 5,000m (18:19.57).
