Built in 1939, Hersheypark Stadium holds 15,641 and is the home of the PIAA football, soccer, and lacrosse championships, as well as Hershey and Lower Dauphin high schools and the Big 33 Classic. This is the third of five games to take place at Hersheypark Stadium this week. On Saturday, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins alumni beat the Hershey Bears alumni 9-5; on Sunday, WBS beat Hershey 2-1 in overtime in the Capital Blue Cross AHL Outdoor Classic. Tomorrow, the CPIHL high school all-star game will be here, and on Thursday Lower Dauphin HS will play Hershey HS.

In the Polls
Both teams enter tonight's game ranked in the ACHA Top-25 Coaches Poll. Delaware is 17th but was the preseason #1 as the defending national champion, but has dropped after suffering some early-season losses. Lebanon Valley entered the poll on Nov. 1 for the first time in program history and has remained in the top 25 ever since.

Lebanon Valley Quick Look
The Dutchmen have lost only twice to ACHA competition and once in regulation this year as they enter with a 19-3 record after sweeping a weekend set with Lehigh. Freshmen have been huge contributors for Lebanon Valley this season, led by top points-scorer Andy Thurby (15g/22a), and Jimmy McNally (14g/16a) and Klayton Garman (12g/9a) have been key offensive producers. LVC's blueliners have also stepped up offensively led by Cole Bell, who is third on the team with 32 points and leads the team with 27 assists, and Tyler Skroski, who has five power-play goals among his seven tallies. Wes Landsem (15g/18a) leads the team in goals. LVC has rotated four netminders, led by Matt Turner (7-0, 2.28 GAA) and Colin Catherman (5-1, 1.59 GAA).

Delaware Quick Look
The defending national champion Blue Hens are celebrating their 40th season and enter the game 18-8-1 overall. The Dutchmen Outdoor Classic will be their fourth game in five days after beating #20 Rutgers twice on Friday and Saturday and stopping #12 Navy on Sunday. UDel has nine players with 10 or more points, paced by leading scorer Chris Volonnino (18g/7a) and assists leader Mark Zeszut (9g/20a), who have combined for nine power-play goals. Noble Tucker has seen the bulk of time in the net, sporting a 7-4 record with a 2.62 GAA.

Dutchmen Put Perfect Home Record On the Line
Lebanon Valley is a perfect 10-0 in home games at Hersheypark Arena this year, with shootout wins over Rowan and Drexel. The Dutchmen went undefeated at home in the 2012 calendar year, and have won 13 straight in Hershey dating back to an 11-1 loss to Delaware on Dec. 3, 2011.

A Budding Rivalry?
The Dutchmen Outdoor Classic will be a preview of a potential future rivalry. Lebanon Valley will be joining Delaware's conference, the ESCHL, starting in 2013-14, after two seasons in the ECHA.
