USTFCCCA Week 2 Rankings
NEW ORLEANS - Lebanon Valley College's women's track & field team have earned their highest-ever regional ranking, improving to third in this week's USTFCCCA poll.
The women jumped up seven spots to third in the Mideast rankings thanks to strong performances this past weekend. The men fell to 11th in the region despite adding several regionally-ranked individual marks.
Two Dutchmen broke into the regional heptathlon top-8, with
Kevin Greene appearing at fifth and
Bill Gardner in seventh. The men's distance medley relay remains the best in the region at 10:31.13, while
Jerome Duncan is third in the 60-meter hurdles at 8.44 seconds.
For the woman,
Johanna Walker and
Ines Antensteiner both show up in the 60-meter dash at fifth and seventh, respectively, while Walker is fifth in the 60-hurdles along with
Kristin Fitti-Hafer in eighth.
Alisha Farrell is ranked second in the 400 (1:01.03).
Cassie Wallen and Farrell are tied for eighth in the pole vault at 10-7, and
Kelsey Wallen and Stephanie Monico are ranked 1-2 in the indoor pentathlon.
