MBB Pitches In During Day of Caring

CORNWALL, Pa. - The Lebanon Valley College men's basketball did its part during the United Way Day of Caring on April 24, volunteering to work at YMCA Camp Shand in nearby Cornwall.

Members of the team, including Sean MacIntosh, Grant Becker, Anthony Trautman, Cameron Prince, Zach Kebetz, Jordan Stewart, Ryan Kinard, Matt O'Brien, Sean Ruane, Danny Brooks, and David Corbin worked to re-paint buildings and clean up fallen trees and overgrown brush at the camp. The team has been involved with Camp Shand for a number of years, supporting assistant coach Scott Mailen, who works as program director of the camp for the Lancaster Family YMCA.

Camp Shand, located in Cornwall, Pa. near the LVC campus, is run by the Lancaster Family YMCA and provides outdoor learning experiences for youth in the mid-state region.
