Day 1 Results
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - Zach Bleiler and
Andrew Scott finished fifth and eighth, respectively, in the shot put to lead Lebanon Valley on day one of the 2010 ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships at Smith College.
Bleiler threw 47-6 1/2 to medal for the second straight year, finish in fifth place in the shot put, and Scott scored a team point as well with an eighth-place 46-9 heave.
Johanna Walker ran 8.91 to finish 20th in the 55 hurdles, and she also ran on the 4x200 relay with
Allix Sanders,
Katie Evison, and
Meggy McLean that finished 20th in 1:50.45, just off their program record of 1:50.00.
Sarah Fenning jumped 33-9 1/4 for 21st in the triple jump, and
Alisha Farrell scored 2485 points for 11th in the indoor pentathlon.
ECAC's continue Saturday with Bleiler chasing an NCAA qualifying mark in the weight throw and
Megan Long looking to make it an LVC repeat in the 3,000-meter run.
