ANNVILLE, Pa. - Senior forward Dan Dunkelberger has earned a pair of weekly awards, having been named the ECAC South and Commonwealth Conference men's basketball player of the week.

Dunkelberger is the first Dutchman to be honored by the ECAC this year, and second to earn CC honors , joining teammate Joe Meehan, who earned it on Nov. 30.

Dunkelberger averaged 15.0 ppg and 13.5 rpg as he kept Lebanon Valley (9-12, 5-5 CC) alive in the CC playoff race with two wins last week. He posted back-to-back double-doubles, first with a 13-point, 12-board effort to knock off second-place Lycoming in overtime (including scoring LVC's final five points in OT), then with 17 points and 15 rebounds in a win at Widener. For the week, he shot 18-for-21 at the line and 66.7% from the floor while averaging 38 minutes per game at forward.

LVC will look to extend a three-game win streak when it visits Messiah on Wednesday.
