CAPE COD, Mass. - For the third time in program history, Lebanon Valley will get to play in the ECAC South Men's Soccer Championship, hosting DeSales in a quarterfinal game Wednesday at 1 p.m.
The #4-seeded Dutchmen (10-7-2) will meet the #5-seeded Bulldogs (10-7-0) for the second time this year. LVC won, 3-2, back on Sept. 9 in Center Valley when Kelly Hess scored the gamewinner with 1:35 left. The winner of the game will meet the winner of Penn State-Behrend/Neumann on Saturday, hosted by the tournament's highest remaining seed.
LVC previously played in the ECAC Tournament in 2002 and 2004, reaching the semis in 2002.
