2009 All-Commonwealth Conference Men's Soccer Teams

ANNVILLE, Pa. -
For the second year in a row, Justin Hutchinson was named first-team All-Commonwealth Conference by the league's coaches. The forward was one of three strikes named to the first team. He was Lebanon Valley College's only selection as first-team all-conference.

Teammate Mark Johnson was also recognized by the league's coaches, earning a spot on the All-Commonwealth Conference second team. The senior defender is a repeat selection as all-conference, receiving second-team honors in 2008 as well.

Hutchinson has been a constant on the All-CC teams over his career for the Dutchmen. In 2006, he was named Commonwealth Conference Rookie of the Year and was second-team all-conference. After sitting out 2007 with injury, he has twice been recognized as one of the best forwards in the conference. This season, Hutchinson tied for the team lead in points with 16. He had a team-high eight assists to go with four goals.

Johnson started all 18 games for LVC on the back end, anchoring a defense that allowed just under two goals a game. He contributed two goals on offense, including a game-winner.

LVC begins postseason play on Nov. 11 against DeSales in the opening round of the ECAC South Championships. The Dutchmen host the Bulldogs at 1 p.m. at Herbert Field.
