ASTON, Pa. - Senior Sarah Grodzinski became the first player in LVC tennis history to reach 100 combined wins as she led her team past Neumann, 6-3, to push Lebanon Valley's perfect start to 10-0.

Grodzinski notched her 100th win with a victory at No. 1 doubles, then won a key match at No. 1 singles. Grodzinski is the first player, men's or women's, to reach 100 combined wins, and is now 65-8 at singles, 36-25 at doubles, and 101-33 combined.

Meanwhile, the Dutchmen pushed their program-record start to 10-0 by coming behind after being down 2-1 in doubles. After Grodzinski and Shayna Heintzelman beat Maria Evans and Ali DeTolla 8-2 at No. 1, Neumann won Nos. 2 and 3, with Jasper Thomson and Michelle Steward topping Tamera Lobb and Lauren Fulmer 8-6 at No. 2, and Kayla Chamberlain and Allison Trout beating Morgan Brady and Jess Ferlenda 8-6 at No. 3.

But as they've done all fall, the Dutchmen turned in some strong play at singles to come back and beat the Knights (10-4). Grodzinski topped DeTolla, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 1, and Heintzelman cruised past Thomson 6-0, 6-1, at No. 2.

Lobb had little trouble with Trout at No. 3, winning 6-1, 6-1, and Fulmer remained undefeated at singles with a 6-0, 6-0 blanking of Lindsey Ravior at No. 4.

Ferlenda picked up a hard-earned win at No. 6, beating Gabrielle Porcelli 7-5, 4-6, 10-5, while Steward grabbed Neumann's lone singles win at No. 5, topping Brady 7-5, 6-4.

LVC is slated to visit Arcadia on Saturday. Please note that Friday's rescheduled match at Messiah has been postponed again due to rain in the forecast.
