ANNVILLE, Pa. - Freshman Lauren Fulmer of the Lebanon Valley College women's tennis team has been named the Commonwealth Conference Player of the Week.

Fulmer, earning the first such honor of her career, is the fourth consecutive Dutchman to earn the weekly award. Teammates Shayna Heintzelman (9/28) and Sarah Grodzinski (10/5, 10/12) were the previously recipients.

Fulmer pushed her undefeated season singles record to 12-0 with a key win at No. 4 for LVC (12-0, 5-0 CC) at Messiah last week. Fulmer blanked Annie Gotchel 6-0, 6-0 to win in singles, then teamed with Tamera Lobb to win 8-5 at No. 2 doubles as LVC squeaked by the Falcons, 5-4.

LVC will host Elizabethtown Tuesday afternoon in a match to determine the CC's #1 playoff seed.
